What is the difference between refurbished and used equipment?
Refurbished and used means that the equipment is pre-owned. This means the equipment has belonged to someone else. When selling pre-owned equipment, our technicians thoroughly checks all of the products to make sure it meets our high standards and is in a great condition.
What if I cannot find the products I am interested in on your webpage?
We provide many products from many different brands. If you are looking for other products than those on our webpage, you can always call us or click on the “Ask For Quote” button. This will direct you to our “Contact Us” page, where you will find a form asking for information. This allows us to contact you, and help you find the products you are looking for.
What if I cannot see a price on the products I am interested in?
If you cannot find the price for a particular product on our webpage, you can always click on the “Ask For Quote” button. This will direct you to our “Contact Us” page, where you will find a form asking for information. This allows us to contact you with the details you are missing such as price.
What manufactures and what kind of products do you currently carry?
We carry manufacturers such as CISCO, IBM, HP, EMC and other brands as well. We specialize in products such as storage, memory, SFP, servers, IP Phones, networking and fibers, but we are also able to provide other products.
When can I expect my equipment shipped and how long does it take?
If you place your order before 3PM, London Time Zone, and your equipment is in stock, it will be shipped the same day. If you place your order later than 3PM, your order will be shipped the next day. The time of shipping depends on your shipping location. Please contact us to get the details about shipping time.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping and handling fee depends on your preferred shipping method, number of products shipped and where you would like it shipped, and therefore we cannot give a fixed price. Please contact us if you have any questions about the fees for your shipping, and we will talk you through the details.
What type of warranty do you have on your products?
Products are supplied with the warranties that the manufacturer supplies to AK7-IT A/S. The purchaser may not refer to any other product guarantee for AK7-IT A/S.
What is your returns policy?
Standard products (products in daily use) may be returned and 100 % refund obtained. Partially standard products (a product which is no longer in daily use, and will soon be replaced with a new model) may be returned and 26-50% of the price refunded. The products can be returned for credit within 8 days after invoicing if these basic criteria are met:
- The packaging is unbroken and intact.
- It is still in original packaging.
- The number of products returned do not exceed normal stock profile.
- The return includes all accessories (transformers, antennas, batteries, software disks, etc.)
All returns are at the expense and risk of the purchaser and handling fee and transport costs are charged.
What do I do if I receive the wrong products?
Please contact us as soon as you find out, and we will make sure you get the right products. We will also help you return the wrong products.
